Mijn dromen en ambities
Ik ben op zoek naar nieuwe uitdaging in Horeca of retail. Beide heb ik 10 jaar met veel plezier gedaan en hoop dit nog vele jaren te kunnen voortzetten in een gedreven team.

Ik heb een passie en dus een grote mate van gedrevenheid voor mijn werk. Ben positief en toon graag mijn inzet. Mijn werk afmaken doe ik liever als eerder naar huis gaan en met de klant een biertje of wijntje drinken naar afloop is de grootste beloning. De schouderklop van de baas is dan een mooi gebaar maar smaakt niet zo zoet als dat drankje. Ik weet dat ik eigenwijs ben maar mensen die me kennen die weten ook dat ik graag wil leren en bereid hiervoor inspanningen te doen. Daarnaast ben ik graag een sociaal mens en houd van gezelligheid en goed eten en samen met mijn famillie en vrienden genieten van de mooie dingen van het leven.

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Responsibilities:
• Organize all documentation for shift work on a daily basis including pre-shift reports, daily training topics, shift floor plan, requisitions for beverage, food and sundries and manage labor on a daily basis through the time management system.
• Ensure all staff are meeting all established standards of service. Monitor and test service skills of staff, retrain and reinforce all standards on food and quality and service details daily. Provide feedback and appraisals as necessary.
• Assist in scheduling reservations and parties or special events in Main dining room and the Private dining room. Ensure that all aspects are communicated to the culinaryteam and to all other managers in the F&B department to ensure all details are correctly maintained.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of dining rooms and work areas; communicate issues of safety, cleanliness or malfunctions to appropriate departments; manage maintenance/safety issues to completion.
• Plan and conduct meetings for outlets on a monthly basis to ensure staff is correctly communicated with and that staff are consistently trained and well motivated. Attend interdepartmental meetings to ensure good cross communication between departments.
• Assist in the development of marketing initiatives, menu items, and other items to stimulate growth in sales for each outlet and a variety of latest market developments.
• Be aware of and assist to control current budgeted and forecasted revenues, payroll, and product costs.
• Ensure all current Accounting and Human Resources policies are being adhered to. Report any issues or grievances to the General Manager and or Human Resources.

Zo besteed ik mijn vrije tijd
Mijn belangrijkste hobby was altijd mijn werk. Hier kon ik van leren, mijn uitleven, de energie instoppen en aan het eind van de dag voldaan thuis komen. Daarnaast geniet ik van gastronomie dus heerlijk eten en drinken. Naast dat ik een kok in opleiding ben houd ik van een glas wijn of bier. Natuurlijk zijn mijn vrouw en zoon een belangrijke hobby en geniet ervan om met mijn honden tijd door te brengen
