As a Supervisor, you are responsible for helping to accomplish the goals and objectives of the store, while having fun and creating the best experience for our consumers. You will perform as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not scheduled and ensure timely completion of opening and/or closing checklists.

What You’ll Do

● Support store goals and lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service
● Supervise daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed
● Train and guide sales associates to perform tasks effectively and uphold store standards
● Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
● Motivate the team to achieve daily sales and customer experience goals
● Resolve customer issues and employee concerns in line with company policy
● Assist with opening and closing procedures, including checklist completion

What you bring to the table:

● 2+ years of retail experience and at least 1 year in a leadership role (preferred)
● Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
● High energy, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general POS/computer systems
● Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
● Physical ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise and stand for long periods
